To cover: Scope of the website build, AI chatbot and search-engine optimisation work, and what falls outside a standard engagement.
03Quotes, pricing and payment
To cover: How quotes are issued and how long they hold, the deposit and payment schedule, accepted currencies and methods, taxes including VAT, and consequences of late payment. The site advertises pricing 'from $494' — set out clearly what varies that figure.
04Project timelines and client responsibilities
To cover: What the client must supply (content, branding, access, approvals), the effect of delays on the schedule, and review or sign-off rounds included.
05Bookings and consultations
To cover: That a consultation booked through the site is an appointment rather than a contract for services, plus rescheduling and no-show expectations.
06AI assistant limitations
To cover: That the on-site assistant gives general information only, its answers are not professional advice or a binding quote, and it may be inaccurate.
